Ingredients
2 eggs (whole)2 eggs (whites)4 TBLS water1/4 cup cheddar cheese (grated)1/4 cup peppers 2 Tbls onion1/2 roma tomato1/2 avocado1 tsp butter
Directions
Makes one omlet

chop onion and peppers and saute with pam spray until tender. Remove to plate.

Whisk eggs, whites and water together. Add dash of salt.

Get 8" skillet very hot and then melt butter. Add egg and water mixture. Cook through. Then add cooked veggies and cheese as well as tomato. Fold in half when cheese is melted. Top with avocado slices.
