Greek Veggie Wraps

1 C Spinach1 C Mushrooms sliced1 Chopped Onion (1/4" Slice)1 Large Red Pepper Chopped1/2 C Carrot slices1 TBSP Olive Oil1/4 C Feta Cheese1 TBSP Greek Dressing1 Chicken Breast
Pre-cook Chicken Breast.
In a frying pan, add olive oil and veggies. Cook the veggies down. Add feta cheese and continue to stir over heat until it is melted into the mixture. Add in Chicken breast if desired and 1 TBSP of dressing for flavor.
Eat this mixutre raw if desired or put into a tortilla wrap.
