Seared Tilapia with Orange-Soy Glaze

Ingredients
Ingredients: 24 oz Tilapia filet1 tbsp Canola Oil1 tsp Chopped Peeled Ginger Root1 Chopped Garlic Clove2 tbsp Soy Sauce1 cup Orange JuiceSalt & Pepper to taste
Directions
Heat canola oil in a skillet
Season tilapia with salt and pepper; add to pan and cook about 4 minutes on one side. Turn and cook other side about 2 minutes. Transfer from pan.
Add ginger and garlic to same skillet and saute 1 minute. Add orange juice and soy sauce and simmer until mixture is reduced by half, about 5 minutes.
Add tilapia back to skillet and coat in glaze and heat through.
Drizzle with remaining glaze before serving.
