1/4 cup Original Bisquick mix6 Saltine Crackers, crushed1/2 tsp Seasoned salt1/8 tsp Pepper, black1 Egg1 Tbsp Water4 Pork Tenderloin, boneless 1/2 inch thick (about 1 lb)3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
In a shallow plate mix bisquick mix, crackers, seasoned salt and pepper. In another shallow plate mix egg and water.
Dip pork (both sides) in egg mix, and then coat with bisquick mix.
In a non-stick skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook pork in oil 8-10 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink in center.
