Ingredients
Chicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (remove)Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced (remove)Onions, raw, .50 cup, chopped (remove)Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 3 tbsp (remove)Yellow Mustard, 1 tsp or 1 packet (remove)*Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, .50 tsp (remove)Pecans, 1.25 oz (20 halves) (remove)
Directions
De-bone chicken, chop into small pieces. Chop celery and onion. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and sugar. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Place on bed of lettuce or whole wheat bread.
