Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients
1 T butter2 T olive oil1.5 c onions, chopped1.5 c carrots, sliced1.5 c celery, chopped1/4 c flour8 c. chicken broth4 chicken breasts, cooked and cubedWhole wheat pasta (I used 1/2 box of Ronzoni Smart Taste Rotini when I figured the nutritional info, but you can substitute what you like)2 c skim milkSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Heat olive oil and butter together in a heavy soup pot, then add veggies and salt and pepper. Saute until onions are translucent and carrots and celery are tender, then sprinkle with flour. Toss to coat and cook for another minute, then whisk in chicken broth. Add chicken and bring to a boil. Add pasta and continue to boil until pasta is al dente. Remove from heat and stir in milk. Done!
