Chicken burger -guilt free

Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken breast4 tsp minced fresh garlic2 tbsp steak sauce2 tsp worcestershire sauce2 tsp oregano0.5 tsp ground black pepperkosher salt to taste1/2 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup low fat shredded cheddar Cooking spray
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Mix all ingredients with the ground chicken using a fork. You can also grate and add 1 small onion or put over the bun later.
Make into 4, 4oz patties and stick into the fridge for 15 mins.
Spray a saute pan with cooking spray and cook each side for 4-5 mins until golden brown.
Serve on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato and your choice of mayo/cheese (this last will add extra calories)
