Chocolate Eclair Torte

1 lb graham crackers2 pckg instant low fat french vanilla pudding3 3/4 cups 2% milk8 or 9 oz. lite cool whipTOPPING:1 square unsweetened chocolate (OR semi-sweet)1 tblsp Karo (white) syrup3 tbsp butter1 1/2 cup powdered sugar2 tsp vanilla2 tblsp fat free milk
Line the bottom of a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers (DO NOT CRUSH).
Mix pudding, milk, and cool whip together.
Spread 1/2 pudding mixture over bottom layer of crackers. Put one more layer of whole graham crackers over pudding. Spread other half pudding mixture over crackers, then put on another layer of crackers.
Spread topping over last cracker layer.
TOPPING: Topping should not be thick like regular frosting, more like a glaze. Keep refrigerated. Set overnight.
