Low Fat/Low Carb Taco Salad

Ingredients
1 lb. Pre-Seasoned Ground Turkey2 Tbsp. Pace Salsa2/3 c. Seasoned Mexican Vegetables, frozen5 c. Torn Romaine Or Lettuce of choice1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded1/4 c. Sour Cream
Directions
Brown turkey, set aside, tear lettuce placing into deep bowl. Layer cooked turkey, vegetables (heated & thawed), cheese, Salsa & Sour Cream. Serve immediately. Additonaly Taco Sauce may be added for spice & a side of corn chips.
