Apple/Pear pie filling no crust

Ingredients
1/4 cup splenda brown sugar blend 4 medium apples1 medium pearcinnamon, nutmeg, allspice to taste1 Tbs soy margarineWaterlemon juice
Directions
slice up applies and pear in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add nutmeg, cinnamon, allspice, & splenda brown sugar.
Dot top with pieces of margarine
Add little bit of water.
Bake at 350 for 45min.
When done Stir it up.

    Just made this a bit ago. It turned out Fabulous! I used the I-Can't-Believe-Its-Not-Butter Spray (idea from NKEYSER's No Crust Apple Pie recipe) and regular brown sugar since I have no splenda or soy products. Only used apples. Thanks for the recipe! - 2/9/10
