salmon cakes

Ingredients
large can of salmon / or crab / tunabox of stuffing mix1/2 cup lite mayo1/2 waterspray for pan
Directions
mix everything together, put dish in fridg for 1 hr
~ mix again then make patties place on pan sprayed with pam [any kind] oven for 5 to 7 mins at 350 filp do the same. great with couscous and green beans.
