Ingredients
Cheese Tortellini1 cup half n half1/2 cup egg substitute1/3 cup romano cheese1/2 stick margarine1 cup cooked fresh broccoli
Directions
cook pasta and rinse and set aside
in pot melt margarine add egg substitute and half and half. Stir on med heat for 2 minutes, add add pasta, broccoli and cheese and stir about 2 minutes. salt and pepper if desired. serves aprox. 4 people. .75 cups per serving

you can add grilled chicken, shrimp or extraa veggies to this dish.
