Flour 1-2/3 CupBaking Soda 1 tspSalt 1/2 tspButter 1/4 CupEggs, Med 3 (large 2)Brown Sugar 3/4 Cup (i used Sugar in the Raw)Vanilla 2 tspMilk, Non fat 3/4 CupLemon juice concentrate 2 tspBananas, mashed 1-1/2 Cups (3 med bananas)
Preheat oven 350*F
In a medium bowl mix flour, baking soda and salt; Set aside
In a large bowl combine remaining ingredients. Mix with a fork.
Mix dry ingredients into moist ingredients until dry ingredients are moistened.
Pour into a 8x12 loaf pan. The pan can be greased & floured or line the bottom with parchment.
Bake for 1 hour
