Sesame Ginger Asian Chicken Salad

3 Chicken Breasts6 Tablespoons Newmans Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing1 Bag of Fresh Express Veggie Lovers Salad or Mixed Greens Salad1/2 Cup of La Choy Rice Noodles1/2 Red Onion Sliced2 small Tangerines cut in 1/4's or 2 small cans mandarin oranges in water. 1 package of cherry tomatos
1. Season chicken breasts as u like with salt and pepper.
2. Place chicken on foreman grill or pan with a little olive oil ( less than a tablespoon) - Chicken should cook in about 7 minutes, when done, set aside to rest for 5 minutes.
3. In a salad or mixing bowl, toss the salad mix, oranges, onions, and tomatos.
4. Slice chicken width wise and in a seperate bowl add the 6 Tbs of Newmans Own Lighten Up Low Fat Sesame Ginger Salad Dressing, and toss the chicken untill its well coated ( like you would hot wings)
5. Pour chicken and remaining salad dressing into the salad bowl and lightly toss (so the chicken doesnt all go to the bottom).
6. Serve and sprinkle with Rice Noodles
** This is a Low Fat - Low Cal Dressing so you can add more to your salad with feeling so guilty about it :) - only 35 cals and 1.5 grams of fat per serving (2 Tbs)
*** Whats great about this salad is that you can substitute or add Shrimp, Steak, or even Salmon... Enjoy!!.
