Simple Salsa Vinegarette

Ingredients
1 cup salsa verde 1/2 bunch of cilantro stems removed (about 1/2 cup chopped)Lime juice (the yeild of two limes)
Directions
Place all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth. For thinner consistency add a few tablespoons of water. Will keep in the 'fridge for up to one week (if it lasts that long!) Yeilds approximately nine 2 tablespoon servings.
