Sausage Zucchini Fritatta--Redone

Ingredients
4 ounces light sausage, Sliced1 cups unpeeled Zucchini, Shredded with potato pealer1 scallion sliced1/2 tablespoon basil, minced1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning2 large eggs3 Tbls skim evaporated milk3 ounces 1/3 fat cream cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, 2%1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese , 2%
Directions

1. Preheat oven to 325F. Spray 8 inch pan with cooking spray
2. Brown sausage, drain and spread over bottom of pan
3. Top with zucchini, then scallions and seasoning
4. Whisk eggs and cream slightley, than pour over sausage mixture
5. Sprinkle cream cheese on top, then mozzerla and cheddar
6. Bake for 45 minutes or until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
7. Serve warm.
