Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 Cups - Old Fashioned Oats3-1/2 Cups - Fat Free Milk2 - Eggs*1 Tbls - Oil1 Tbls - Vanilla ExtractDash - Salt1 Cup - Golden Raisins *** Can substitute 4 eggs whites** Can substitute raisins or dried cranberries or other dried fruit.3/4 Cup - Chopped Walnuts
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into a 9x9 pan prepared with spray coating. Bake for 1 hour or until set.

Cut into desired size portions.

    I'm going to TRY it. I'm hoping it's safe to assume that you'd bake it for the 1 hour @ 350 degrees???? That's what I'll try anyway. - 3/5/09
