Ingredients
2 sweetpotatoes, or about 3 cups dicedCarrots, 6 large or about 2 cups shreddedGarlic, 4 clove diced or mincedOnions, raw, 1 mediumCumin or coriander, 1 tbspCurry powder, or tumeric 1 tbspMilk, nonfat, 1 cup Vegetable Broth, 4 cup or just water
Directions
simmer onions and garlic 5 minutes
add carrots, potatoes, broth, and spices
simmer 20 minutes
add milk
transfer to blender or food processer and blend until smooth. add salt and pepper to taste.

    This was fabulous!!!! I served it for a dinner Party and got rave reviews. I was nervous about cooking something for the first time and serving it to people and was very glad when everyone started crooning over it! I fixed recipe exact then added tablespoon of plain greek yogurt on top b4 serving - 3/8/09
