Honey Oat Bread

Ingredients
6 c. Flour2.5 tsp. Salt2 Tbsp. softened butter2 packs dry yeast.50 c. Honey1 c. Old Fashioned Oats2 c. Boiling Water.50 c. Warm Water
Directions
In large bowl, add oats and boiling water and let soak for half an hour. Proof yeast according to package instructions. While yeast is proofing, add honey, salt and butter to soaked oats. Mix well, then add yeast mixture and stir very well. Stir in 2 of flour, mix well, then stir in 2 more cups. Knead in the 2 remaining cups.
Form into a ball, and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size. Cut down with knife, divide in two loaves, and put in greased loaf pans. Let rise until doubled again, then bake in oven at 350 for 50 minutes. Each loaf makes 12 slices.
