Buffalo Balls

Ingredients
1 egg1.17 lbs. ground Buffalo2 T bread Crumbs EnerG2 T almond milk1 tea. garlic powder1 tea. herbs1/4 tea. no salt (potasium)1/4 tea. sea salt
Directions
I like to use a very large bowl. Whisk egg, measure in everything but buffalo. And whisk again. Work in the meat, don't over work. I use an ice tray to measure the balls. If you rinse the try in cool water it is easier to pop them out after you fill it. Wet hand to roll balls.
400 degree oven.
about 15-20 min.
