Lite Creamed tuna

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 3.5 oz Milk, nonfat, .33 cup (remove)Parkay, Spray Margarine, 1 spray, 6 serving (remove)*Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, .03 cup (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)Peas, frozen, 0.25 cup (remove)
Directions
Mix milk, flour, spray, salt and pepper, Heat sauce till it thickens. I have done this in a sauce pan and in a microwave. The microwave is done in less than a minute. Add tuna and peas and heat through. Serve over toast, rice, mashed or baked potato, whatever works for your menu plan.
