5 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts2 cups flour1 tbsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion salt1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. poultry seasoning2 cups buttermilk
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In large pie dish, mix dry ingredients well. In a separate pie dish, pour buttermilk.
Fillet each chicken breast by slicing through the middle of each breast while holding it down with the other hand. You will slice the breast horizontally. Open the chicken breast to make two fillets. Dip each fillet in the dry seasoning mixture, then into the buttermilk, then again into seasoning and place on a Pam-sprayed baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes.
