White Chicken Chili

450g ground chicken, white meat5 green onions, chopped1/2 white onion, chopped2 small tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup dried cooked white beans2-1/2 cups chicken broth, low sodium3 garlic cloves, minced2 tsp chili powder1 tbsp corn meal1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp ground cumin1 tsp cilantrohot sauce to tastenon-fat cooking spray
1. Coat large saucepan with nonfat cooking spray.
2. Add green and white onions to the pan, sautee for 2 minutes.
3. Add chicken, tomato, garlic, chili powder, salt, cilantro and cumin to pot. Cook until chicken is browned.
4. Add broth, cornmeal and beans. Bring to a boil, cover and reduce heat.
5. Simmer 30 minutes, or until chili reaches desired consistency. Add hot sauce as desired.
