Poppy Seed Chicken

Ingredients
2 c. sour cream1 can cream of chicken soup undiluted2 tsp poppy seeds3 chicken breasts cooked and cut up36 Ritz crackers1/2 c. butter
Directions
Mix sour cream with the soup. Add the poppy seeds and chicken. Put into a casserole dish. Crush ritz crackers and mix in melted butter. Sprinkle over top of chicken mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done.
