Ingredients
1 bag cabbage 1 cup feta10 olives8-10 pepperchini1 purple onionpinch of oreganosautee mushrooms (1- 8oz presliced container)1/4 cup red wine vinegar or your favorite greek style dressing1 tsp olive oil for the mushrooms
Directions
sauté mushrooms until wilted.
toss all ingredients in a giant bowl
I like my cucumber chunks not sliced!
onion sliced thin and long
