Breakfast Scramble

Ingredients
1.25 Cups of Ore Ida Potatoes O'brien4 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage (Louis Rich)1 Cup Egg BeatersSeasoning to taste.
Directions
Spray skillet with 0 calorie olive oil cooking spray
Add Potatoes O'brien and Sausage. Cook slowly until done. (add small amounts water as needed).
Scramble the egg beaters than add them to the O'brien/sausage in the skillet.
Mix well and serve

Makes 2 1-cup servings.
Great to refrigerate and microwave later.
