Non Fat Mock Sour Cream

1 cup non-fat cottage cheese
Directions
Use stick blender to cream cottage cheese. You can add a teaspoon or two of rice vinegar if you want it a bit more tangy! Super simple, and a great topping for baked potatoes, fajitas or anywhere else that calls for sour cream.
