No Bake Coconut Creme Pie

1 box Fat free Vanilla Instant Pudding1.5 cups of Fat Free Milk2 Cups shredded coconut1 tub of Fat Free Cool whip1 pk of Fat Free Cream Cheese1 Graham cracker crust
Preheat oven to 375 degree's toast half a cup of shredded coconut and set to the side to cool.
In a large mixing bowl mix vanilla pudding, milk , cream cheese, and half of the cool whip untill all Ingredients are mixed well. Add 1.5 cups of shredded coconut to the mixture. Place all the ingredients into the graham cracker crust. Top the pie with the remainding cool whip. Then sprinkle the Pie with the toasted coconut. Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serves 12 (1.5 inch slices).
