Crock Pot Pork Chili Verde

Ingredients
3 lbs. pork tenderloin - cut into cubes28 oz. can green chili enchilada sauce7 oz. can diced green chili1 tsp. cuminpinch of salt & pepper2 cloves garlic - chopped1 medium onion - diced1/2 bottle of beer1 c. light sour cream
Directions
Heat non stick skillet and spray with non stick spray. Brown onions and garlic - add to crock pot. Next brown meat and put in crock pot. Deglaze pan with 6oz. beer and pour into crock pot. Pour enchilada sauce, green chilis, cumin, salt & pepper into crock pot. Give it a good stir. Cook on high for 1 hour and low for 7 hours. Stir in sour cream at the end of cooking before serving.

Serve with tortillas, sour cream, cheese, beans & rice - none of which are included in this count.
