chicken apple curry salad

Ingredients
4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts,cubed1 large onion , chopped4 apples, chopped,toss with lemon juice2 red,orange or yellow peppers, choppedDRESSING1/4 cup low fat ,or fat free plain yogurt2 tablespoons curry paste2 tablespoons mango chutne
Directions
Poach chicken with onion,salt and pepper
add the chicken and onions to apples and peppers, mix dressing ingrediants and toss with above. Makes about 6, 1 cup servings, Serve over lettuce or in a pita.
