Miracle BBQ Meatballs

Meatballs:3 lbs. Ground Beef1 can evaporated milk2 c. Oatmeal2 eggs1/2 c. chopped onion1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. pepper2 tsp. chili powder2 tsp. saltSauce:2c. ketchup2c. brown sugar1/2 c. chopped onion2 T. liquid smoke1/2 tst. garlic salt
Serving size is 1 meatball.
Meatballs: Mix together and form into approx 36 balls. Place in cake pan and cover with the following sauce. Cook at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 hour or microwave on high for 20 minutes.
Sauce: Combine and bring to a boil in pan and pour over meatballs. This is a large recipe; some may be saved and frozen for later. Do not cook before freezing.
This BBQ sauce keeps for months in the refrigerator. I like to make a double batch and use it on many other meats and also for grilling.
These meatballs are also very good in a crock pot for a pot luck or as an appetizer. Just make them about half the size.
