Ingredients
1 whole wheat English muffin1 piece frozen vege burger pattie1 teaspoon mariana sauce/paste sauce1 piece Romaine lettuce left1 thin ring of purple onion (optional)
Directions
Split English muffin from the middle and lightly toasted. Microwave or use a pan to heat up vege burger pattie, and piled up top of half muffin, add Mariana sauce and lettuce left.

    Yes I also added more veg, mainly because of what I had on hand. Mushroom instead of vege patty, more salad - lettuce & tomato & cucumber - it was great! - 5/4/10
