1 1/2 pound ham loaf (2/3 ground ham, 1/3 ground pork), thawed1 cup bread crumbs, plain1 egg2 T. ketchup2 T. mustard
Mix all ingredients together and form into 36 balls, approximately the size of walnuts. Place on cookie sheet with sides. Bake for 30 minutes or until lightly browned at 350 degrees. May add sauce if desired, but not included in calorie count.
Sauce: 1 can tomato soup, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 T. lemon juice. Mix all together and pour over balls before cooking.
