Spinach and tempeh spaghetti

Ingredients
Tempeh, 2 ozSpaghetti, cooked (pasta), 1 cupFlour, white, .07 cupMilk, 2%, .5 cupSpinach, fresh, 1 cupOnions, raw, 1 mediumButter, unsalted, 1 tbsp (remove)Garlic, 1 tsp
Directions
In a hot pan, add butter, onions and tempeh. Brown onions. Add flour and mix well. Add spinach and let wilt.
Add milk, about one cup water from cooking pasta and garlic. Season to taste and mix well.
Add pasta and mix heating through.
