DESSERT: Easy to Make Meringue

Ingredients
4 egg whites3/4 cup white sugar1tsp lemon
Directions
1. Separate eggs (remember no yolks or it will fail!)

2. Beat eggs in mixer until frothy.

3. Continue beating while slowly adding sugar.

4. Keep beating until stiff peaks form.

5. Place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper and place in a 250F oven for 1.5 hours.

6. Turn off oven and let the meringue sit in the closed oven for 4 hours.
