Parmesan Garlice Twice-Baked Potatoes

3 medium baking potatoes1/4 c milk1/4 c Blue Bonnet Lite1/4 c parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp garlic
Bake potatoes in 350 degree oven about 45-60 minutes, or until soft. Remove from oven. Cut each potato in half lengthwise and scoop out potato, leaving skin intact. Combine with milk, Blue Bonnet, parmesan, garlic and salt. Beat with mixer until mashed. Scoop mashed potatoes into shells and place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until tops start to brown.
