Mac N Cheese

Ingredients
Elbow Macaroni (8 oz or 1/2 a box)Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (I prefer white)½ a stick of butter 2 large cans of Evaporated Milk1 large EggSeasoned Bread crumbsPam sprayCookware needed:Large potOblong Casarole Dish (1 1/2 to 2 quart)
Directions
Cook 8oz macaroni noodles according to the directions on the package, then drain and return the noodles to the pot.
Add butter to macaroni untill it melts.
Add 2 cans of evaporated milk.
Add the beaten egg and stir till mixed.
Mix in cheese.
Pour mixture into greased casserole dish.
Cover top of mixture with bread crumbs
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes (untill brown & bubbly on top).
