Turkey burgers

Ingredients
20 oz (1 package) 93% lean ground turkey1/4 c plain dry bread crumbs2 T minced onion1 clove garlic, minced1 t grated ginger root1 t low sodium soy sauce
Directions
Combine all ingredients and shape into 5 patties.
Grill over medium heat from about 8 minutes, flipping
after about 5 minutes.
