Roasted Red Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb red potatoes, scrubbed, quartered1 Tbsp olive oil1 tsp Herb d'provence
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees
In large bowl combine all ingredients, mix until well coated.
Put in shallow baking pan and roast for 30 minutes. Stir after 15 minutes
