Wholemeal bread

Ingredients
500G Organic wholeweat flour4g = 1 tsp yeast1tsp Sugar1tsp Salt1 Tbs Olive oil275 fl oz Warm water.
Directions
This can either be made by hand or in a food prossesser. Mix dry ingredients Flour, Yeast , Sugar, and Salt. Add warm water mix until combined then add Olive oil.
Turn out onto a floured surface and knead for 5-10mins
Place in loaf tin or shape as required and place on cooking tray. put to rise in a warm place for 30min ( Ideal place in top oven, while main oven is heating) Once doubled in size bake in pre-heated oven Gas 7; 220C
