Low Cal Choc Chip Cookies

Ingredients
1 C Splenda No Calorie .5 C Brown Sugar Splenda1/2 Cup Mussmans Light Applesauce1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 C Eggbeaters1/2 C I Can't Believe its Not Butter1 Cup White Flour.75 C Wheat Flour.25 C Flax Seed Meal1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Baking Powder1/4 tsp Salt1/2 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips1/4 C Coconut (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Mix all dry ingrediants together. Then mix all wet ingrediants together. Then combine. Add Chocolate Chips last. Scoop 1/2 Tbsp sizes drops onto greased cookie sheet and cook 9 minutes. Let cool. Remove and enjoy.
