Breakfast Pita with Goat Cheese

One 100% Whole Wheat PitaOne egg plus one egg white2 T. skim milk1 oz soft goat chesesalt and pepper to taste
1. Cut the pita in half so you have two pockets
2. Spread the goat cheese equally inside each pocket.
3. Beat the egg, egg white and milk together with a fork. Mix in salt and pepper as desired.
4. Spray a skillet with cooking spray and scramble the egg mixture.
5. Put half of the scrambled egg in each pita pocket and enjoy!
