Plum, banana and blueberry smoothie

150ml skimmed milk4 tablespoons of low fat natural yogurt200g plums, halved and stoned1 medium banana, chopped50g blueberries1 teaspoon of vanilla extract4 ice cubes
Add ingredients to a smoothie maker in the order listed. You can use an ordinary blender if you leave out the ice cubes.
Blend on low power for 30 seconds and then on high power for 10 seconds. This makes a thick smoothie. Blend for longer if you prefer a "thinner" smoothie. Enjoy. This is delicious. It makes 2 large cup servings.
