Whole wheat applesauce pancakes

Ingredients
1 lg egg1 C Whole grain flour1/2 C Skim milk 1/2 C Applesauce, unsweet1 tsp Splenda, brown sugar blend for baking3 tsp baking powder1 tsp Cinnamon
Directions
mix all dry ingrediants and slowly add in liquids. Spray pan with non-stick spray. Pour batter in and turn when bubbles appear. Top with applesauce, fruit or sugar free syrup.
