Disagree with the total amount per serving. I just computed the ingredients myself and came up with Cal 80.2g, fat 6.35g, sodium 197.4mg, carb 2.6g, protein 5.22g. Serving size is .5 cups. - 11/24/11

I think the issue is that this is marked as being one serving. I would make this amount for my whole family. As for the sodium, I suspect it's the Parmesan cheese. I have made this many times and never used either Parmesan cheese or cream cheese and it's delicious without. - 2/1/11

I plan on making this but there has to be a way to cut down on the sodium that is way too much. - 6/12/10

THis is probably higher in calories than a dollop of mash potato. - 3/14/07

I tried it without cheese and it worked out just fine! I avoid cheeses so I didn't miss it at all. I also used Becel for the margerine. - 3/13/07

Even though this recipe uses cauliflower ( a real plus on healthy) by adding all the cream cheese and margarine, you have added an unhealthy amount of fat. I have heard of similar recipes in this "diet" subsititute for mashed potatoes, but consider the long term unhealthy effects of dietary fat. - 3/13/07
