Lemon-Garlic Pork

Ingredients
Fresh Pork Loin Chops (3 boneless skinless)Lemon Juice (1 Tbsp)Garlic (1 tsp chopped)White Onion (2 Tbsp chopped)Salt (1 tsp)Olive Oil (1 Tbsp)
Directions
Heat skillet on medium-high heat
Add olive oil
Chop white onion, add to skillet
Chop garlic, add to skillet
Add lemon juice and salt
Mix well
Add pork chops and sear one side for two minutes
Flip pork chops, then cover skillet and put the whole thing in a 350 degree oven
Bake for 30 minutes
When done, let meat sit (cover on) for 5-10 minutes, then serve with whatever side dishes you like!

    This was good. My family liked it and I will make it again. I added a teaspoon of dried parsley to the onion garlic mixture for color. I do not like a lot of salt and this was too salty for my taste. Next time, I will half or even quarter the salt. - 9/25/07

    I made this with a bit of a twist. I used the juice of 1 lemon and 1/2 a lime. I left out the salt, but I added pepper to each side of the pork chop before putting in the pan. Next time I think I'll swap some of the onion with some mushrooms. - 6/11/15
