My Deluxe Salad

Ingredients
2 cups lettuce, chopped1/2 cup cucumber slices, quartered1/4 cup sliced celery1/4 cup sliced mushrooms4 medium baby carrots, sliced3/4 cup apple slices1 tablespoon sweet and sour dressing
Directions
Mix all together and serve. Makes a nice big salad.
