Ingredients
4 Bags of Ready Salted crisps4 Slices of white breadSkinless Chicken Breasts2 Cans Cream of Mushroom Soup1 Onion
Directions
Serves 4

1. Chop up the chicken breasts and half of the onion
2. Cook in frying pan with an oil of your choice.
3. Once the chicken is white place the contents in a casserole dish.
4. Pour the Mushroom Soup over the top with even coverage.
5. Crumble the bread and crisps together. A food mixer will do this quite nicely for you.
6. Spread the breadcrumbs and crisps over the top of the soup with an even cover.
7. Pop in the oven for 20 minutes at 220 Celsius.
