Cabbage Soup (mexican)

Ingredients
- Cabbage, fresh, 1/2 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) - Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)- Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped - Mushrooms, fresh, .1/3 cup, pieces or slices- Summer Squash, 1 medium chopped - 1 15oz can Tomato Sauce- Water, tap, 6 cup (8 fl oz) - 1 packet Lawry's Taco Seasoning, - Salt, Pepper and Garlic Powder
Directions
Place all items in a large soup pot.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce to a simmer.
Simmer for 1 hour.
Add salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste.
