Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 1 * Yogurt, plain, whole milk, 5 cup ( * *Whie Rice, medium grain, 2 cup * Water, tap, 4 litters * Butter, salted, 150 grams 2 tbs of dried mint leaves
Directions
mix the yogurt and rice and egg yolk together with cold water untill it boils
do not stop stiring untill it boils or it will curdle.
then when boiled and the rice is cooked well
in a fry pan melt butter and add 2 tbp of mint and the add to soup or to each plate if you like
the butter is optional
